Delicious flavour. Not too strong but exactly what I wanted for gut health. A tspn isn't too overwhelming swallowed whole and added to my herbal tea it's a guilt free sweetener. The Mānuka has its own depth of flavor. It's not overly super sweet but pleasant. I have a teaspoon every day because it's a pure and powerful healer. Mānuka is the best you can get.
